I ordered earbuds but I realised I wanted a different product and canceled them immediately, mailed them about it to which they said that they are processing my refund. It's been 3 days and the refund is not credited yet, so I mailed them again to know my refund status, their response was that it's "under process". I tried calling the customer care number but I couldn't connect at all. Seeing so many complaints about the company and it's services, I am starting to feel insecure about it and concerned about my refund. Please do the needful to improve the company's reputation and services.
