[Resolved]  Skullcandy — Skullcandy India is trying to rob money

On April 3, 2022 I placed an order on Skullcandy website but I decided against it and sent them a cancellation email on 4 April since the shipping process hasn’t begun yet. They stalled me and sent the product from Delhi to Hyderabad and the delivery was attempted twice which I rejected. On 5 April I received an email saying that my order was cancelled and I would receive a refund within 7-10 working days but the delivery was attempted after 5 April. I kept emailing them everyday but they responded occasionally. After 20 April, much later after the product was returned to their warehouse I emailed them that I’m going to file a lawsuit. Immediately I received a call from Skullcandy and the person told me that the cancellation wasn’t done and they had some technical issues and asked me for another week’s time. I still kept emailing them to keep them reminded. On 29 April I received another call and he said that refund wasn’t possible and he asked me if I wanted the product to be redispatched. I was already done waiting for almost a month and asked him when the product will be dispatched and he replied that I would be dispatched within 1 day. I waiting until 2 May and kept emailing them everyday because I haven’t received any redispatch confirmation. They don’t even respond to my everyday emails. Today is 8 May 2022 which is almost a week after one month of sending the cancellation email before the shipping process started. I got no refund and Skullcandy isn’t even responding to my emails which I’m sending every day expecting a response or even an update.

This is absolutely ture they are robbing money. It's a good thing that your issue is resolved. But imagine all the other complaints which are not yet resolved. They have at least lakhs o[censored]naccounted money.
Made a purchase on 28/11/22. For some reason, either due to a glitch on the app we were asked to pay twice for one product. Raised an issue regarding the extra payment and asked for a refund for the extra money that we lost. But nobody is picking up, nor responding to our emails. Don’t know what is happening. Terrible customer service. Make sure not to indulge in this company.
It's true. They are looting the money with their scams
