I purchased the Scullcandy earphones and it was in the warranty period that it got damaged and I send the same for replacement along with the bill and supporting documents but still not I have got the replaced product. In the month of Feb.2020 I sent the product for replacement it has been more than 6 months now but still not I got the replaced product sir even after many follow ups on the mail and even I tried their customer support service number many times but no one picks the call and even I escalate my issue for first escalation but still not got the solution sir even I mailed their international support but still then I don't get the solution sir that's why after being so much fed up i am contacting u...
