Skullcandy — Useless customer service | |
I made a very big mistake of purchasing this Skullcandy Indy ANC from Brandeyes Distributors. I am using an iPhone and it didn't work well.. it kept disconnecting every 5 mins so as per their warranty policy. I shipped the product back to them and still not hearing any response. I have seen a lot of blogs and complaints about this not working on the iPhone properly. The Customer care people doesn't understand English i think, they just copy paste the usual text as below, no matter, whatever you ask for. Their telephone doesn't work. "Greetings! We regret to inform you that we do not have refund policy but we replace the product in case of a valid claim received within the warranty period. Further, please see the warranty claim information via following link: https://www.brandeyes.in/customer-support-warranty-policy/ We hope you would understand the same." - leaving the buds in the case overnight
- leaving the buds outside the case 24 hours
- hard reset by 10 secs hold
Still no luck, please issue a refund.. its been 2 months and its useless and i wasted my hard earned money
