Worst response for providing bill. I have taken sky cab on 10.10.2021, from hyd airport to rd no 12 banjara hills.the drivrr sitting on table with sky cab board adjacent to meeru. He told bill will be sent to my mobile and i paid 980.evn after 24 hrs, as i have not received bill, i called customer care no, they are telling tht without car no they cant give. Provided two mobile no to contact.one of it responded as switch off and another picked and told they cant find the car no. Simply getting doubt on tracking the cabs.if any thing happens in the cab also, they dont know location of the vehicle. One more suggestion tht, put a banner tht customer to note down the car and driver details as company is not responsible for anything happens in the car. Was this information helpful? |
