I travelled by vehicle number TS09 UA E 2369 from Airport to Ramanthapur on[protected] at 8.47 PM, though I received sms to generate invoice but I am unable to take print out. Invoice No.KA14898 Dated[protected], drop time 9.38 PM.

Sky Cabs — Complaint
From Hyderabad Airport to Mehdipatnam, I paid Rs. 1125. The Driver says Rs 225 airport parking charge. Why should a passenger pay the parking fee. This is absurd. Also even if you add Rs 225, it cannot be Rs 1125 to Mehdipatnam. TS09UA2642

Sir, I m shri.OVHAL.N.D.principal jawahar navodaya vidayalaya kedgaon, Tq.Dindori, Dist .Nasik.Availed service of Sky Cab on16/12/2020.from RG.International Airport Hydrabad, TO-Narayana JR. College Raviryala(telangana), TO Secundrabad Railway Station.without prior Booking.near about 5.30.pm.Sky Cab Driver Mr, R Ravi.(MB.NO.[protected]) dropped me at Secundrabad Railway Station, & Cab Driver left the station Unfortunately forgot my samsung mobile in cab.when ireached in waiting Room then I Remember I forgot my mobile in cab.then I communicate with ph.no.[protected].got respond, then i got mb, no.([protected])Of Mr, shekhar i communicated with MR.Shekhar, he told me that Cab driver handover the phone to him.Then i relaxed.thanks.It is requested to you.pl.issue the necessary direction to MR.Shekhar.for hadover the mobile phone to me as it is, when i will reach at Hydrabad Airport.i will visit to Hydrabad coming fifteen Days. Sky Cabs — driver behavior is very bad, very rough.
Ts 07 uc 3714 driver name ramdas. Travelling from hyderabad airport to vengala rao nagar.
Driver didn't switched on ac. He has opened the doors and started driving. I have asked him why he was doing like that and why he was not putting ac on?
He was shouting at me that i should tell him to put on ac otherwise he will not switch on. He continued arguing that some people has allergic to ac.
The point is your driver didn't started ac intentionally and when questioned he was attacking us with high pitch in very rough way.
I was hurt and writing to you with a request to take corrective action. I am sorry to be a regular customer this many years.

Sky Cabs — driver denied bill and behaved badly
I booked a skycab today from airport cab no ts 10 ub 2283 driver d selva kumar, when i reached my destination at ou colony i asked for the bill, he said 868 rupees, i asked for bill again as i had to submit the bill in my office, he simply denied and said as there is no signal bill can not be given and said ok pay 830 rupees, i expressed dissatisfaction and gave him two 500 rupees note, he said he has no change then i tried to pay via paytm, he insisted me to pay in his personal number insteed of the paytm barcode in the cab and pushed me roughly and physically assaulted and did not allow me to pay via paytm, after around ten minutes when i denied to pay without bill he showed me a bill of 838 rupees which i paid, in a premium cab servicxe where we pay extra money for comfort this is unacceptable, please take action against the dricer or i will flash it in all other departments and ask help from police.
