Skybag — shipment delay for web orders

The product order placed online or web-orders never got dispatched from the Skybags end.
Left message, voice message but no reply.
This is for the second time I have placed the web-order for the same item. Item availability is in stock. But there is a message that I received 3-days back for shipment delay.
This had happened earlier from the skybags end. And now they are repeating the same story.
For the first order placed on 13 March 2019, after placing calls and message several times, they have initiated refund 29 March 2019 and the amount got credited on 02 April 2019. Although the product was in stock, these people never shipped the item.
Lack of sincerity from Skybags Team.
Calling on number[protected], the IVR machine repeatedly says for leaving message press 1 or press 2 continue to talk to one of our representative. From last 2 days I am trying to connect to the people. I have left voice call and a order -related query message also. But no proper reply.
