Complaints -
1. No timely communications from Skyi Team on the project
2. Delay in possession
2. Avoiding to share project documentation which were asked as artefacts to their claim
3. No support for architectural changes requested
4. Support SPOCs changing frequently & the new SPOCs do not take ownership
5. No Support / Proper answers on commitment given to update the name plate
6. No support on request for Car Parking Change when slots were identified as free
7. No clarity on payment calculation
8. Escalation of Customer SPOC behavior & enormous follow-ups for payment, which was un-necessary- as there was no any delay from our end Was this information helpful? |
