I am owner of flat 207 located at T1, Star Town.
Facing water pressure issue in the bathroom since begining of February 2023 for which I registered a complain at apana complex on 15th Feb 2023 (snapshot attached). When no one responded back to me even after 15 days, I went to PMO office where those people told me that this issue doesn't come under their support and gave me contact of Mr. Bhalerao.
Since then I am continuously doing a follow-up with him and every time he is giving me a false commitments.
Now it seems he blocked my number as well and the water pressure problem is still unresolved.
As a process, I am writing this email to know when can you solve this issue. Post reminder to be sent on 14th April, if you still failed to resolve my problem which is under warranty, I will approach to consumer forum.
