There was a product that was shippped to me from Lucknow to bangalore AWB[protected] received in bangalore on 18th. Despite constant follow ups fro m the company in lucknow and they having to contact the people out here in Bangalore its not been delivered till now 3rd March. I had already mentioned its an office and they have deliver by 6 . Pathetic attitide and services the number in Kolkatta they don't pick up and have the decency to call back.

    Address: E69/1, FIRST FLOOR, GAUTAM NAGAR

    I had sent one parcel from.delhi to patna on priority basis. Dated 17th.as per skyking representative he mentioned he will get delivered on 18th evening. Normal service parcel charges rs. 250 approx for 3 kgs n for priority it will be charged Rs.750.So i paid Rs. 750 for fastest delivery. However the packet still not delivered in patna hub (18th till eveing 7 pm) so now it does not matter when packet arrrives in patna as this was very important for me to get it delivered on 18th. So i would like to have refund of extra amount paid for priority Service as skyking did not delivered as mentioned. AWB #[protected]

                So here my complain is regarding Skyking courier company- Barakar branch
                They never deliver the courier to home and always trouble the customer to come and pick it up from the office or else they will say we only deliver ones a week or even more that that if there are less packages.
                Barakar is not a urban area that they talk like this .
                This issued has been faced several time by several people around.
                It’s a request to please kindly look into this matter and ask the Skyking company to take a step for this Barakar branch office .

                        Consignment no.[protected]
                        My parcel is at hub Pune(Mangalwar peth) since 6 days but it's not delivered to the address. It should be delivered before 20th.
                        I have called customer care but the girl who received call has provided me the number to call at hub. (Initially she asked me to call at hub for my query but I requested her to check from her side as it is the company's responsibility.)That number is not working as it is getting forwarded to another call.
                        Could you please look into the issue on priority.

Had been booked from jhansi to kanpur .as per online tracking it reached kanpur on16 dec 21 and out for delivery but it is not delivered yet.this contains important documents which are to be taken by my friend in kanpur .i am at port blair.i made him to carry those documents.still not delivered.very bad service .

                                  It is very sad to say that the courier delivery is not expected in time neither they provide the delivery boy number so that we can contact him.
                                  When I track the courier tracking order it is found that the courier is out for delivery but a day has been passed the delivery is still not arrived.

My customer not recived the parcel which I have booked.Tracking code showing that product has been delivered on 23.11.2021 which one customer did not get. From Friday I am calling continuously to kolkata brunch and also local brunch(Sodpore).They are not reciving the call and..This is very unprofessional. Very Very Bad Experience..
