Skynet Courier Service — non delivery of shipment ref no[protected] | |||
Hello, This is regarding my shipment which was shipped by you with ecom express [protected], which is not being delievered by the local courier even after it has reached the dc rather a false remark has been updated which states "customer not available", since its a high value package shipped from abroad via skynet, i need this package immediately but im sensing a foul play in this as no one is helping me out from the customer care. Now its been over a week since i am following up with numerous calls /mails but still no resolution, i want the delivery asap or else i am taking this matter to the next higher level.
