I ordered Nicer Dicer plus through skyshopdeals.com and according received on 26th March'2016. On opening I could seee the product is broken. I contacted the corresponding Mob No. [protected]. The lady who picked up phone instructed me to send my postal address by sms. I did, but no response has been received. Just few minute before I contacted the customer care No. [protected], hope the same lady picked up phone and cut the line that see will check. How it is possible to check and inform with out any order no. and complaint no. Secondly see will not contact to me to inform the status. Therefore, I am in doubt about the authenticity of this marketing group. So, I request you kindly to replace the damaged item with new exact ordered item. Was this information helpful? | |||||
