Skywest Aviations — unauthorised payment taken for job in airlines industry

On 21 january 2020 in the afternoon i received a call from skywest aviations a female was there on the other side on call by the contact no. [protected] which is an airline placement company.
For airlines job so i went through an around 10 to 15 minutes telephonic interview at last i was told that i will be informed by the same day evening if i get selected, in the evening i received a confirmation call that i got selected and i was informed that on joining very firstly i will be on training period of total 3 months during which i will get stipend between 25 to 30000/ month and after completion of 3 months i will get salary around 35000/ month and my training place will be jaipur international airport and i will also get free accomodation, food and cab facility by the company. So i was told to mail them required documents on companies mail id which is [protected]@gmail.com and i was also told to deposit an amount only of inr 1500 as an documents verification charges. Later she shared her companies account details of sbi bank west bengal. So on 22 january i made the payment on same account details and whatsapped her the payment proof which was later confirmed by herself within one and half hour on whatsapp. After that she shared some training instructions on whatsapp in pdf file and a form for personnel details to be filled and submit her i did the same on 27 january2020. On 28 january 2020 she messaged me on whatsapp that my documents have been verified by her company and send for training approval processing to my nearest airport that is jaipur international airport so i need to pay by 28 january 2020 for my dress code charges, that were inr 3000. So i made the online payment and shared the payment proof with her which was also confirmed by her on whatsapp. After that i asked her that was it the last payment that i have paid she said yes this is the last payment because already i have asked her that are there any hidden charges except 1500 than she said no. Eventhough i paid her that 3000 and i was assured that there are no further payments to be made by me as direct joining will be there. I asked her that when i will get my joining she said within 4 working days i will get my joining date. Later after 2 days as on 31 january 2020 i received an email and message on whatsapp that my training will held on 12 february 2020 and i will get my offer letter on 7 february 2020 and i need to pay inr 2700 as joining letter charges by same day. I got disturbed and i made a call to her and enquired about the received message and i told her that i dont have money to pay and berfore joining only you have already charged so much of amount than she got angry and asked me, that do i want to stop my proccess till now. So, i thought that just for this amount my proccess will get stop so agreed to make another payment.
Again i confirmed that this the last payment i am making to you she agreed and said yes this is the last payment. So, i arranged money from my friends and made the payment of inr 2700 as of joining letter charges as on 1 february 2020 which confirmed by her within 2 hours same day evening. Later on 3 february 2020 i received a call from another number that was from skywest aviations placement department he confirmed my name and the senario was totally diffrent i was told by him that i need to report to some airlines institute in delhi instead of jaipur international airport for training of 6 months ealier i was told for 3 months. Anyways i agreed to do that but at last i was told to pay training charges which were 65000, earlier i was total that training will be free and instead i will get stipend of between 25000 to 30000 per month so i denied his approval and i was asked to contact the person i was in contact with earlier. Later i contact her and shared my experience regarding that call she told me that she will enquire and will update me the matter and asked to call her in the evening after 5 pm. I did the same than she asked me to call her next day after 1 pm, i did the same and than she started making excuses that the seats are now full in jaipur airport for training so you need to take training at delhi and need to pay inr 65000 training fees or i have to wait for 3 months. I got disturbed so i asked her stop my process and refund my money. She said if you want to stop your process and want your refund of total 7200 till now. I was told to wait for a long time of 3 months. I asked that every charges till now i have made in advance and your company has accepted all the payment than why i should wait form 3 months without any reason. She didnot replied and asked to contact placement department with phone no. [protected]. I tried contacting the their placement department but no one is taking call and now she has also stopped replying to my messages about my issue.
I felt cheated by this company and because of which i have wasted so much of precious time of my life and money as well.
