This complaint is regarding sleep well mattress back support mattress spintech air. Size 198.1× 177.8× 14.0. Product code 78×70×5.5 (Qty: 1 nos)

As name suggest spintech air but this mattress is the main cause of our backpain which my husband and me is suffering from. It have become dented from center. When you lie on it you will have a feeling as if you are sinking in the middle.

I was promised that this mattress is specially designed in such a way that back problems will never happen but result was totally opposite and i feal cheated.
If this issue is not dealt urgently, then i will contact consumer court.

I purchased a mattress from Sleepwell Pitampura, and after a year it was puffed and lost its shape. Also it came out of the boundary of the bed. I filed a complaint regarding the same but no action was taken. Now its my second complaint. Do look into it.

I have bought my mattresses 2 months back.After 2 months usage I see foam is coming as like bubble .Not good and comfort also.
Please contact to me as my sleep well mattresses having some issue and i wanted to exchange the same.

please let me know the procedure.
