Sleepwell — complaint no. 94358-

I have purchased the dignity - softec (U) (Np) 15 days before
And within 1 week only mattress become unshaped (Stretched from sides)
I have complained at customer care and got the complaint no. 94358 but nobody turned and after complaining 4-5 times a guy came after 10 days and went.

But still my problem is not resolved.

I think there is some problem with the model seen many complaints from customer today for the same

I have purchased 4 Covered Mattress - Inspire-Supportec from indore on 14 july 2017 .

Two matress are ok but two mattress is pressed because of that we are felling pain in lower back
