I lodged a complaint that the surface of the mattress purchased has been uneven. But the said complaint rejected by Co without visiting home on the basis of pic of mattress I sent.
Reason complaint not genuine.
It is matter of concern that how a inspecting person judge that the surface is proper without touching through digitally.
Please resolve the issue.
