Sleepwell — Faulty product delivered | |||
I had purchased sleepwell spinetec air luxury mattress on last year july month 2019 for rs: 39000/-. The mattress got turned into yellow color after few days o[censored]sage. I had raised the complaint to sleepwell customer service in the month of march first week 2020. They had inspected the product after 3 months on last week[protected] but didn't provide any response after that. I had sent so many mails but not any getting any proper response. The tollfree number[protected] what ever they are providing doesn't work only. No one picks the call & it will get disconnected automatically after 14 mins. I request you to take very strict action on this company for not responding the emails & phone calls properly. Neither they are refunding the money nor they are replacing with new mattress. Please take action on this issue. I am looking for refund or replacement anything is fine for me. Was this information helpful? | |||
