I had purchased Sleepwell PREMIA- SUPPORT (SP) Mattress in July'19. It became very soft and uncomfortable within 1 year. Due to Covid-19, I had not filed any complaint. But now we are getting very uneasy and back pain also during sleeping on this Mattress.
You are requested to replace it or provide any exchange with other choice at the earliest. Please visit at my home as soon as possible and provide complete solution.
