Sleepwell — Mattress compressed with in one month

I have purchased sleepwell mattress which compressed with in one month.
i have reported issue 173796 with Sleepwell company, their executive visited home and verified that mattress are faulty and need to replace.
Till date it is in progress but not replaced.
