Hello I have raised a complaint regarding my mattress quality at 2-Feb 23, I call the costumer support of sleepwell the agent asking me to wait more 14 days the call back again, When I call today they were asking me that you can follow the instructions and we are unable to help you out at the same time I was checking my complaint status it’s showing closed and showing visiting in my home checking the mattress that’s was all Gud but no one visited in my home then how can they closed my complaint they are totally proving. The wrong information to the costumers also my warranty of the mattress is near to expire kindly consider this issue
