Sleepwell — Mattress sagged within a month | |||
I purchased 1 sleepwell (model- SPINEBOND) mattresses in Bangalore from an authorized dealer on 14th May 2016 in Yelahanka, Bangalore and paid an amount of Rs.11, 500. But within 15 days the mattresses started sagging and compressed on the both the sides. At the time of purchase, it was assured that that the mattress is good for spine support but it turned out to be absolutely false as the mattress is too soft to give support to my back and on top of it it has sagged and compressed on sides while its somewhat normal in the middle portion which makes it very uncomfortable to sleep. I called up the customer care of the company and I lodged a complaint regarding this and I was also given a complaint number (53043) with an assurance that my complaint will be attended to within 1-2 days. Since then I have constantly been following up with them but no action has been taken till date and now they have started attending my calls also. The mattress needs to be replaced immediately or else the money be refunded without and further delay as I have been suffering even after paying the amount as demanded by the dealer for the product.
