Sleepwell — Mattress sagged , Worst Quality | |||
I purchased 1 sleepwell utsav mattresses in Pune from an authorized dealer on 22th Mar 2016 in Wakad, But within 60 days the mattresses started sagging and compressed on the both the sides. At the time of purchase, it was assured that that the mattress is good for spine support but it turned out to be absolutely false as the mattress is too soft to give support to my back and on top of it it has sagged and compressed on sides while its somewhat normal in the middle portion which makes it very uncomfortable to sleep... I purchased matress last month and not they are pressed inside down plz send your executive to check this i called ur custmer care several times but everytimes it rings and no person is answering my call plz respond to my calls
