Purchasd sleepwell elegance mattress dual comfort for Rs. 27000 in November 2017 from PARAK home collection Aurangabad.
It was meant to reduce back pain as assured on the product.
After using the backpain has increased. Not at all comfortable and induces more backpain.
Totally cheated and now we are incurring extra cost for treating back pain.

Updated by jayshreeG I want some relief soon. Kindly look into the mayter. When i calledthe dealer regarding this, he is not ready to take any cognisance in the matter and refises any kind of accountability. Before purchase the same dealer assured about the mattress.
This is total cheating
