Sleepwell — Mattresses Quality is exceptionally poor upon delivery

Hello, I have purchased 2 Sleepwell Spinetech Air mattress on 11th Aug and upon delivery I found that threads coming out from all four sides. I immediately raised complaint to dealer next day because they delivered in evening and shop closed because of corona restrictions. The complaint number is 186142. They appointed their person to inspect digitally which is not right. After checking picture they said product is in line with their standards and closed complaint. As per them if we buy a car if it deliver dented and with scratchs but if engine is fine we should accept it. This is worst of the response I ever get from any company. How come they just view pic and come to any decision. Also they said contact after 3 months after last feedback. Please do needful and help me replace the mattresses.
