Sleepwell — need 50% refund on my mattress under warranty | |||
It's been 1 year 6 months by purchasing sleepwell mattress. The cushion has become so soft that it gets pushed inside when we sleep or sit. They are so uncomfortable. I have raised complaint with number - 130143. The representative came for visit when i was not there and by measuring scale and gone. The problem was different and size of mattress is different. If the cushion feel has changed drastically within a year. And i am getting back pain when it gets pushed from the body size. How does that relate to measuring size? Anyhow i have to pay extra 50% when these will be refunded. And its my loss still i have to fight over this again. Either bring the engineer for visit on weekend or i need my 50% refund. It is coming under warranty and ideally i should not give any silly explanations to anybody Already have fought two times on customer care no. And i am requesting you to do the needful else i have to go to consumer care. I do have my warranty bills and my complaint is genuine so i am not going to stop here.
