Sleepwell — Poor quality of mattress and stitches

I had purchased matress from authorised dealer 4 season mattress Mohali Punjab on dated 27 Oct 2020
Model of matress is Genx2.0.
It's foam was swollen within 4 months of purchase and now it's stitch is loosen up. I gave a call to customer care they told me to rotate the mattress and wait for 3 months and I told them I have already done it.
I have registered a complaint on email also. Bill number -233
I need my mattress to be replaced immediately.
