Sleepwell — Product is giving medical issues

I bought dignity mattress from milan furniture and furnishings, owner Ashok Sundesha and office boy Girish.

Mattress was delivered and it is not suiting us, my mother has been recommended for orthopedician after sleeping on that mattress for 2 hours.

After speaking to Ashok and Girish, i have been asked that they will not help in this case and i will have to take up this matter directly with company.

Kindly help with replacing this with the right mattress which suits our body needs, as it is a medical emergency and can be take up to the social cell immediately.
