Sleepwell — Quality Issues of mattress

We had bought mattresses 6 months ago by trusting Sleepwell brand, which turned out to be useless as both of the mattresses are pushed down also one of the mattress is soft and the other is hard. We also tried to contact on their customer care number but they are not picking up our calls. So please understand our problem and help us.
