Dear sleepwell team,

On june 05th 2015 we bought two mattresses from sleepwell dealer.

Complaint:-
Wherever we slept on mattress it goes down resulting in heavy back pain. After using 4 months, we were unable to use mattresses. We strictly followed the all guide lines mentioned in "use & care" manual.
