Sleepwell — Sleepwell doesnt respond to my complaints

I assumed the maximum king size would resolve my purpose, but it didnt and I wanted a bigger/customized size. As I saw '30 Days Free Trial'/ 'Free Delivery & Returns' in https://www.mysleepwell.com/, and the mattress was just 4 days old, I wanted to return and requested for the customized size. The latest mail I received from them that they have escalated this issue, but didn't receive any further updates irrespective of multiple remainder mails I have sent Below my mail subject: Re: Request for Customized size - Sleepwell Esteem (78728 inch) mattress -Jegan Was this information helpful? I had called the customer Support couple of days back and was told that I'd get a definite call back by Saturday(today) afternoon. But no one called me so far.
It is the worst customer support and never resolve customer complaints!!! I had to pay 35k for a useless product
