Hello,
I have bought this mattress from a dealer only 20 days before. But everyday i wake up with an extreme back pain. I don't know what is the problem with this mattress. I want to exchange this mattress as i am not not satisfied with this at all.

Also i contacted dealer but they are saying to contact customer care and when i called customer care they are saying to contact dealer.
This should not happen with any customer. We trusted this brand and now expecting a good service.

So i want exchange for this mattress as early as possible.

I have made a complaint regarding my mattress which has completely seperate in two layers. Sleepwell company representative visited and inform that they will send a coupon for replacement. Its nearly a month nothing. My complain no 137292
