Sleepwell — Sleepwell mattress complaint / complaint no 150436

I have registered a complaint of sleepwell mattress 8 days ago and i received message of Executive who will come to my house, but no one contact me. I am trying to call customer care from last 1 week but call couldn't connect and I also sent emails.

Updated by Dhiren Madhok Sleepwell fraud company they are giving only 5000 of my defective mattress and replacing with Expensive mattress of Rs18500... same product I am getting at discount of 25% from dealer... no one call for coordination... I suggest not to buy Sleepwell products

Sleepwell fraud company giving me too less amount of defective mattress and replace with expensive mattress... and no one call for coordination
