I ordered 2 Durafirm 3.0 Mattress from Sleepwell for 27110 /- on March 3rd 2024 vide order id-sw_107452.
There was zero communication from Sleepwell once they took my money – i did not get a receipt or invoice of the transaction at all. They told me they would mail me [this they told me 7 times on 7 different occasions] but I have not received it.
Then they marked my mattress as delivered on their website – when I enquired about it they are saying they are seeing it in the system so it is delivered. There is no proof of delivery happening at all.
Till date I have not received an invoice for the mattress, and I have not even received any mattress, which means there is a faud happening. Your Customer Care representative names “Prakash Kumar” assured that this will be taken care of – nothing has changed in the past 4 days.
I am tired and frustrated by the unprofessional response and I want my money back. Was this information helpful? |
