Initially Kajal from smart career line contacted me on 24 Aug 2016 and informed my resume shortlisted in IBM and Microsoft in Mumbai.
After it I had call from Mr. Rishi. I paid following amount:
1. Registration Fee - Rs. 2584/-
2. document verification - Rs. 7046/-
Total amount: Rs. 9630
After that, when they asked me to pay another amount of Rs. 9775 for for guidance call (Interview cracker), I realized that this is something going wrong. So requested him to refund my all money
back. He told me that he is going to put a requst to their account department to refund the money, and this process will take 30-45 days. I also requested him to give me any reference/complaint
number about this refund request. He said, we don't get any of this number.
After one month when I tried to call him back, their mob no. are switched off and out of service. Also, when I sent mail to them, I got failure report to thier email ID.

I am afraid that I had given my back details IFSC code, Account number, Branch to them, to refund the money in this account.
Some action need to be taken against this company, because on daily basis Smart careerline is defrauding people some strict action to be taken, awareness need to be taken and to be spread smart career team is collecting amount from people and defrauding people.
Website and email id contact nos of smart career line is closed I just checked i, i dont know how consumer complaints forum has notified my complaints when all sources of communication of smart
career line are closed, please consumer complaint forum let us know how you contacted smart career line for notification of complaint so that we can contact them.
Kindly assist me what should I do further to contact him.
