Dear sir, I am Hon Flying Officer Lingan Sivakumar retired from Air force, Yelahanka, bangalore. I HAVE APPLIED FOR CARD ALONG WITH DD NO 574995 WAS RECEIVED BY YOU AND THE RETURNED TO ME VIDE FILE NO S/BNG/65049-1, stating that the form is of old pattern and a new pattern form need to be attached along with the one. The new was sent to NOIDA and was received by the office on 15 Apr 2021 at 17:07 Hrs. BUT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY MESSAGE FROM YOUR END. KINDLY INTIMATE ME THE LATEST STATE.
