I Wani Lalit Balasaheb retired from army and I have applied for both canteen card of grocery and liquor card at Nasik umrao plaza CSD canteen and I have paid the fees for cards on 02.04.2022 and my application serial number is 4442036 . kindly give me reply ....

I am an army person, Army no 15412836K Hav Tapan Samanta, now posted as MH Jalandhar (Punjab). sir now I want to purchase a new car through CSD. I already paid the CSD amount in CSD Depot Jalandhar, but the problem is my joining date. sir my joining date is 12/04/2001.
My CSD grocery card joining date is 14/01/2020. That is wrong, the original joining date is 12/04/2001.
so I requested to amend my joining...

I've applied in Feb 21 and Smart card is not received till now while I've received a message from Smart chip ltd on 19 Apr to receive your card after 15-20 days and now it is over 50 Days....

Dear sir, My application No EA 9821592 is rejected and return to URC vide File No E/KOL/31147-5 due to following reason.
* Incorrect category filled in the the application form. Apply new application form vide file No EA 1893876 dated 24 Nov 2020.
Am I request you please ensure my problem and please take necessary action my issue smart card as soon as possible.

I want to know the Status for Canteen Smart Card Grocery/ Liquor Submitted in r/o Army No 9112048L Ex L Nk Gh Mohi Ud Din Bhat submitted alongwith Demand Draft No URJ046341 dt 19 Aug 2020 vide Stn HQ Khanabal letter No 1192/CSD/PRI. It is 6th month since the letter was forwarded but still no card has been recd till date neither any update has been recd.
Kindly send me the status for the same so that I can avail the benifits of the same.

I am Commander S.Udhayapragash (Rtd) of Indian Navy. I had applied for smart card in year 2017 vide application number 2940769 for me and my wife. No dependents. Accordingly you have issued me the smart cards for grocery and liquor.

It is observed that my grocery card has limitation of Rs 3000/- Whereas an officer can buy grocery worth of Rs 10000/- You may kindly increase the limitation of my card to Rs10000/- .

I received an sms - canteen smart card personalized. File no. Is [s/mmb/21521]. Contact urc after 10 working days. I visited ins tanaji canteen and received only two cards i. E. My grocery and liquor card but didn't receive my father grocery card. I got a reply that my third card is received till date, i checked it after some days but got same reply. Kindly give me updates and location of my third card
