Dear Customer, Your Canteen Smart Card personalized. File no. is [N/JMU/69483]. Contact URC after 10 working days. Destroy old cards by punching chip, handover to URC on receipt of new card. (SCPL).
But till date, I am not yet to receive card.
Kindly let me know the status of my card.

Sir, i have applied for renewal of my smart card vide application no: 1283791 dated 24 Nov 2020 and submitted through URC no: 720-120 Inf Bn(TA) Bihar extn counter, cuttack(Odisha) dated 03 Dec 2020.May i request you kindly give priority to issue my smart card. As I am not eligible to avail csd facilities since March2020 and also no bronze card issued to us by the urc in place of smart card.Thanks.
