I had placed an order for three jumpsuits, also gave my bank details and had paid the amount. A man called and even confirmed my order and told me the products could be delivered by the 25th of august.
Now when i am calling the customer care number, their phone is switched off. What an absolute cheap act by the company.
What if, my bank details will be used fraudulently?
What about the money i had paid?
What about the order?
What a betrayal by the online shopping website.
We need justice.
We need our money refunded.
Please, do look into the matter.

I placed order on 10 Aug amounting to INR 854, order was to be delivered on 25 August but still not delivered, customer care number is switched off and they are not replying to mails also, I want my money back

Same happened with me, ‭93300 47436‬ is the number of the fraud person, he called me and then disconnected the call, and when I called him back he started abusing, I have also raised a dispute with razorpay, would advise you to do the same
