I have ordered a dress from smartfashiongirl.com on august 07, 2019. I paid through online since there is no cash on delivery option. I was given a delivery date as 25th august, 2019. But there is no tracking of shipment. I called to the given contact number ([protected]) and it's always in switchef off. Now i got a new customer care number ([protected]). I called this number they're saying that order has been cancelled and asked my google pay number. I told my google pay number and again they're sending some message to my google pay number and asking me to forward that message to some other number. I did that for more than ten times since morning still i didn't receive my money yet. If i ask them "why should i forward such message", they're disconnecting the call. I had order from the site on 1st August and received the confirmation call the very next day. I was informed that 19th August the product will be delivered. But till now no information provided and the number is switched off.
