I ordered w2 smart watch order id sw5174 but smart wrist watch unitech arcadia with address office no 814b, sec 49, gurgaon hr 122001 - gstin 06agrpk3785b2z7 has delivered the wrong and cheap watch. Cheat on customer as watch shown in cataloge and actual are totally different in look and specification.
We have couriered the same to the return address but still have not received any refund update.
