Smartfashiongirl.com — dress didn't deliver till now

I ordered a dress for rs 299 (Online transaction of money is done) on 5 august 2019, it's delivery date was 23 august 2019, but it didn't deliverd till now, i am unable to contact the smart fashion girl company, their mobile number is switched off, i they are not answering my mails, so now what i supposed to do, please help me finding the solution, please respond and take strict action asap
