Greetings,
I had ordered three items from smartfashiongirl.com website exactly 20 days ago i. E. 10-august-2019 and the order id is 43866. The expected date of delivery was 25-august-2019. But the company has exceeded the date and moreover, there is no detail about the order on the website. When i click on the orders button, it shows that no orders have been placed yet. I am really disappointed by this incident and this seems more like an online fraud to me. I want my money refunded with compensation as a result of misleading customers.
I hope that the consumer court will take a quick action upon this fraud company and give me justice.
