I ordered 3 kurtis from this website 2 months back. They were supposed to be delivered on 25th august. I tried contacting them through the email id given in the confirmation message that was sent. I did not get any reply. I tried calling the phone number but it is switched off. I can't even access the website now. I paid 800 rs n got no products in return....

I ordered for a dress on the smartfashiongirl.com website but i'm not provided with any details about the product's status and when i tried to contact their customer service it had been switched off for a longer period of time. The cost of my product is 265 and i payed it online. I dont knw whether i'll get my product or my money back. The number of the website :-[protected]. Proper steps are to be taken on the website....

Tried to reach on phone but looks like it is switched off.
And mail id that they have mentioned for help is also no response.

I have ordered on 14 aug 2019. And placed an order for 801 rs.

The transactions done was through online and razorpay was the site...

I placed an order worth rs. 700 on 26th july and was told that my order would be delivered on 14th august. I called on the number that was provided on 13th august and was told that my order would reach me by tomorrow. I tried to contact them again on 16th august and now the site is missing and the number is switched off. I want a refund and an action to be taken....
