Smartfashiongirl — prepaid order not received

I purchased a jumpsuit on 3rd august 2019 from smart fashion girl. I got to know about this company from facebook and ordered from there. An amount of 350/- rs had deducted from my account via paytm and got a message that order will be delivered on 22nd august 2019. But i haven't received the order yet. Also, the number on there website is also switched off, there is no way to contact the company. I am also attaching the screenshot of the same and the passbook details of my bank. I want the consumer forum to take strict action against this type of fraudulent shopping websites.
