I ordered 5 dresses at RS 1382, I didn't get any detail on the website about delivery, so after a week I tried calling them to know the status of my order. They told it will be delivered after a month. After a month I tried to contact, the number is not active and the site is not working now. I again halted for some days and tried to check again. Still the site is not up. I want my money back and fine the company. It's a fraudulent company....

I placed an order with www.smartfashiongirl.com, which contacted me through facebook by way of an advertisement, on 4.08.2019 for three product. My order no. Is #29517, for which i paid 980/- through debit card. There executive called me through this mobile no.[protected] and told me that my order will be delivered by 23.8.2019., but till date my products are not delivered nor my money is refunded. Many times i called on the number provided...

I placed an order on 8th aug n yet not receive my order... When i checked this site again its unavailable now... N i tried to contact ti customer care but the no they provided is always switched on off.. After searching their no i called and one if executive asked me my a/c details with upi pin.. It's a fraud site they didn't refund my amount n asked my confidential information......

I have ordered two product from this website and i have paid the amount online by using and on the same day i even got a call regarding the confirmation and its been told to me that product will reach me after 25th august but today is 5th september and still i haven't received the same and i have mailed so many times to the mail id which has been shared with me but i didn't received any revert on the same. I order 2 dresses from smartfashiongirl and it never got delivered. I am trying to follow up but unable to track them, neither the website nor the number is working now. Attaching mails and order confirmation below. The guy called after placing the order and said it will be delivered on 22nd aug. Later i tried following up found the number is switched off. I have attached all the communication i received and did with them....

Please take immediate action on him. I found it on instagram.. He has a strategy of making the customers to wait for end of the month so that he could collect enough amount of money and then he is vanishing the site....

I have ordered 3 dresses from this site on 9 Aug of amount Rs 1123 by prepaid payment system .I got the message that the delivery will be done by 25 Aug and also a confirmation call was received the next day..
Till now I haven't received the product also they are not replying the mails and the contact no present on the site is switched off from last few days.
Kindly take some action against this fraud site otherwise more people...

Smartfashionworld is not delivering and not returning my money when i called to ask the same they were asking for my cvv and passcodes, they were verbally abusing me in hindi and threatned to misuse my card looks they are goons and blackmailing having got the credit card details. I ordered an jumpsuit from smartfashiongirl and they told me that they were delivered this within 12- 15 days and paid for that product but i do not receive product within said time period. Now i called them that number become showing switch off and there sites also not working. I paid money with google pay from my number. Now i want refund which i paid...

I ordered two dresses on this website on 27th july and 1st august for which i made the payments too. I was expecting the delivery of the products by 17th max but i haven't received them yet. I made three calls to them already and 17th was the date they promised to deliver the products. The contact number is switched off since yesterday and they don't respond to my mails.
