Smartowner — BLR-NOA-HIL has issue, failed to return funds

Even I had invested in BLR-NOA-HIL project of SmartOwner.com in 2016. I have not received the funds. Now they don't even respond to phone calls and e-mails. On the internet, I found a court case mentioning BLR-NOA-HIL project.

I am facing issues with the company and would like to explore options together

I would be interested in joining others in a lawsuit against this company and if any of you any political connections, to have executives of this company thrown in jail for fraud.
