I represent all investors whose quarterly payouts and exits are held by Smart owner on the grounds of an active court case due to internal fraud since July 2022.

I invite all concerned to send me their contact details and a word doc with trail of events in their chronological order starting from the date of first contact with Smart owner

A civil court case will then be filed for recovery

Hi Shaun - unable to WhatsApp you at the US number. Please add my email [protected]@hotmail.com to the list. I had invested in AVS & HIL projects, which they converted as Secured NCDs during Covid time. No interest payouts happened and now maturity date also crossed in Nov25. No response to emails. I read that HIL project has not even secured RERA approval.

Very suspiciously they even changed their Trustee Mitcon to Catalyst just one month before NCD maturity.

I would like to join the litigation proceedings by like minded investors. Kindly add me. Thanks
