I too am a victim of this Fraud company in a so called Global city of Fraud of a State govt. Invested since 2016
FOR ATTENTION OF SMART OWNER VICTIMS
During the last 8 years Smart Owners have duped innocent customers of lakhs of rupees. It is a Ponzy Company with all crooks who have come together to clandestinely exploit the innocent investors. The complaints range from cheating, misrepresentation, holding money without any valid agreement and as such it is an endless list.
In order to bring relief to all investors and secure justice, the case has been verbally discussed with the Enforcement Directorate which is a Central Agency and Ministry of Corporate Affairs (Serious Fraud Investigating Office). The ED as well as MCA is ready to take up the case of misappropriation and fraud by Smart Owners provided there are a substantial number of complainants.
Therefore, it is requested that those who have been cheated by Smart Owners may send a brief on the matter, not exceeding 1000 words and send the same by mail to [protected]@proton.me

"Significant pre-approval activities are going on at the project site in anticipation of the approvals. As mentioned earlier, the payouts will be made at the time of exits.
Subject to the project getting approvals and RERA registration, the project is expected to be launched by the end of this year. The sale of units in the retail market will commence shortly after that. As it would take 2-3 quarters to complete a sale, you can expect your exit to be processed by 2024.
