Hello,
I invested with SmartOwner through their crowd funding projects in the beginning of 2016, with a promise from them that I will be able to re-sale my unit after 1 year of investment at the market rate of the property.
Its been 6 years since then, I have been constantly in touch with asking them, pleading them unlimited times to please initiate the Re-sale of my property so that I can get that appreciated value of my property back to me and can then use that money to re-invest somewhere else for my family. But every time i talk to the Relationship manager from SmartOwner, every time he keeps extending this time when they can re-sale my property.
I see a lot of other people also posting on this forum about the SmartOwner fraud. Please look into the matter and help me get my money back asap. If there is any other way to escalate this issue, please let me know.
