During the last 8 years Smart Owners have duped innocent customers of lakhs of rupees. It is a Ponzy Company with all crooks who have come together to clandestinely exploit the innocent investors. The complaints range from cheating, misrepresentation, holding money without any valid agreement and as such it is an endless list.
In order to bring relief to all investors and secure justice, the case has been verbally discussed with the Enforcement Directorate which is a Central Agency and Ministry of Corporate Affairs (Serious Fraud Investigating Office). The ED as well as MCA is ready to take up the case of misappropriation and fraud by Smart Owners provided there are a substantial number of complainants.
